Reason #531 to visit a local pumpkin patch

Prepping the yard for fall, I couldn’t help but get into the season by planting some pumpkins. Although I tend to stray from mums, I couldn’t resist this combo, and neither should you. This fall project couldn’t be simpler. I hollowed out my pumpkins and drove some drainage holes into the bottom using a screw driver. Once prepped, I planted my pumpkins using seasoil and surrounded them with fall pansies.

Voila! It couldn’t be simpler. Scoop, drive, plant and you’re done.

Happy fall everyone!
